They trade around the clock; `GET /v1/rh/stocks` reports each one's 24-hour tape, the issuer's NAV where published (`navUsd`, `basisPct`) and the share of the last seven days that traded outside the NYSE session (`offHours7d`). Protocol fee on WETH, USDG and every stock is 0 bps.
