Adds a pool to the wallet's watchlist — drain alerts without holding a position.

- **400**: Invalid parameters — `error` names the check that failed (`INVALID_PARAMS`, `BAD_ADDRESS`, `BAD_LIMIT`, `BAD_HOURS`, …).
