Circle CCTP V2 fast transfer to and from Arc: the chains and domains, USDC addresses, the TokenMessenger / MessageTransmitter contracts, and the Arc-side relayer (address, balance, enabled). The browser signs the burn; Chord proxies the attestation and relays the Arc mint.
